ground cumin, pinch ground cloves, and salt to taste.
For Sandwich-
buns as per the number of people to eat, sliced onions according to
the bun, pickled jalapeno slices, dill pickle slices as per the
number of buns.
How to Cook?
Prepare The
Brisket- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees and mix
salt, black pepper, cayenne together and sprinkle them on each side
of the brisket. In the pan, place the chopped onions at the corners
and lay the brisket with its fat side on the top of the onions. Place
the garlic on the top and add one-fourth cup of water in the pan.
Cover the pan tightly with the foil and cook in the oven for four to
five hours.
Prepare The
Sauce- While the brisket is cooking, prepare the
sauce. Mix the tomato ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire
sauce, lemon juice, garlic molasses, black pepper, cumin, a pinch of
cloves. Bring them to boil and then simmer for about half an hour.
Adjust the barbecue sauce with seasonings and salt according to the
taste.
